Where we post from.
Everything is made and posted from our workshop in Middleton, Greater Manchester.
Dispatch times.
Our signs fall into two types, and they're ready at different speeds:
Place name signs (SIGNAL range) are made to a fixed design and ready to go. These are dispatched within 3 working days of your order.
Personalised signs (HANDLE and made-to-order) are built once you've ordered, because each one is unique to you. These are dispatched within 5 working days, after which delivery times below apply.
You'll get a dispatch confirmation with tracking as soon as your order is on its way.
Delivery.
We send everything by Royal Mail 48 Tracked, which aims to deliver within two to three working days of dispatch, with tracking from door to door.

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. Orders placed at weekends or on a bank holiday are processed the next working day.
Tracking your order.
Once dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can follow your parcel's progress at royalmail.com.
If something goes wrong.
Royal Mail considers a UK tracked item lost only after 10 working days from the due date. If your parcel hasn't arrived and tracking has stalled, get in touch and we'll help chase it or arrange a replacement.
Damaged in transit.
Our signs are packed to survive the post, but if yours arrives damaged, email us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we'll sort a replacement or refund. This doesn't affect your other legal rights.
Christmas.
Order deadlines for Christmas delivery are posted on this page each December. Personalised orders have an earlier cut-off than place name signs, so check both if you're ordering close to the date.
